Miro is still being developed, but if you want to check out what I've done so far, feel free to check-out the Subversion repoisitory. It's a .NET 2.0 program, so make sure you have the right framework.
REMEMBER: This is very much work-in-progress, and no way near the finished product. If it doesn't work for you, please submit a bug report and any info Miro/Windows gives you. It'll help me alot.
